CinemaEscape VR Escape Room Rules

Age & Eligibility

Minimum of 2 players needed with a maximum of 6 players.
Participants are recommended to 12 years or older.
Under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Some experiences may contain intense visuals or motion, not recommended for those with motion sickness, epilepsy, or certain medical conditions.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for check-in and instructions.
Late arrivals may result in shortened playtime or forfeited session with no refund.
Each session runs approximately 30–50 minutes, depending on the experience.

Game Play

Listen carefully to your Game Master’s instructions before starting.
Do not remove your headset or controllers unless instructed.
No roughhousing, running, or horseplay inside the VR play area.
If you feel dizzy, disoriented, or unwell, please stop playing immediately.

Safety & Conduct

Keep within your designated play space at all times.
No food, drinks, or gum allowed inside the VR zone.
Please treat all equipment with care. You are responsible for any intentional damage caused to VR gear.
Respect other players and staff—inappropriate behavior, language, or physical contact will result inimmediate removal.
Remember you are on camera at all times when inside the VR room.

Refunds & Rescheduling

All sales are final. Cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability).

Photos & Media

Photos and videos are welcome before or after your session.
Please do not record gameplay footage.
